Frequently asked questions

What comes in the kit?

The small kit includes the flag, an aluminum pole with a flex tip and a ground stake, with setup instructions. It’s ready to fly out of the box.

Will it show my message when there’s no wind?

Yes. A feather flag’s shape keeps it stretched on the pole, so your message stays visible in any weather.

How long does a feather flag last outdoors?

It depends on climate and how long it stays up. In a harsh climate, flying every day, expect 12–18 months before the first signs of fading.

What artwork files can I send?

Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) or images (JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD). Need an exact brand color? Add your Pantone codes in the order notes at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping is free in the US and takes 7–10 business days from order to arrival.
